1. Our services

Information provided through the services is not intended for distribution in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to law or require registration. Those who access the services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. Intellectual property rights

We own or licence all intellectual property in the services, including the source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs and graphics. Content and marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and are provided “AS IS” for your personal or internal business use only.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the services and download content for personal or internal business purposes. No part of the services, content or marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, displayed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited without our express written permission. By sending us any question, comment, suggestion or other feedback (“Submissions”), you agree that we own all intellectual property rights in such content and may use it for any lawful purpose without acknowledgement or compensation.

3. User representations

By using the services you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these terms; (2) you are not a minor in your jurisdiction; (3) you will not access the services through automated or non-human means; (4) you will not use the services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and (5) your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Purchases and payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it as needed so we can complete your transactions and contact you.

Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and may change at any time. You authorise us to charge your payment provider for the amount of your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or limit any order.

5. Cancellations

Reservation cancellations are governed by our Reservation Terms and Conditions. Please refer to that document for full details.

6. Prohibited activities

You may not access or use the services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Prohibited activities include (without limitation) systematically retrieving data to build a collection or database; defrauding or misleading us or other users; circumventing security features; disparaging or harming the company; uploading viruses or malicious code; using the services to compete with us; and using any automated system, robot or scraper to access the services.

7. Third-party websites and content

The services may link to third-party websites and content that we do not investigate, monitor or check for accuracy. We are not responsible for such third-party websites or content, and inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement. If you access a third-party website you do so at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.

8. Term and termination

These terms remain in full force while you use the services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the services to any person for any reason, and to terminate or suspend your account or delete any content at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You and Executive Global Travel Ltd agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.

10. Disclaimer

The services are provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the services and your use of them, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the company or its directors, employees or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us.

12. SMS text messaging
