Terminals, handling and the drive

Heathrow's four passenger terminals each have their own arrivals hall, and they are a long way apart, so the terminal matters more here than anywhere: give us your flight number and we confirm it on the day, even if the airline moves it. Private flights use Signature's terminal on the Southern Perimeter Road, away from the passenger terminals, and we collect there too. Paddington is 15 minutes away on the Heathrow Express; a chauffeur takes you, your luggage and your colleagues all the way to the door.
